HURRICANE UPDATE

Dear Friends and Valued Guests,

We’re deeply grateful for the continued outpouring of concern and support following Hurricane Melissa — it means the world to our team.

All our guests made it home safely, and our valued staff are safe and their spirits strong, though many of our team members’ homes were affected.

We’ve launched a GoFundMe to help them rebuild and are already a quarter of the way to our goal. Any contribution, no matter the size, will make a meaningful difference. You can donate here.

Thankfully the hotels did not sustain any structural damage. Cleanup and minor repairs are nearly complete thanks to our hardworking team. The gardens are being replanted, and we’re targeting late November to reopen, depending on full restoration of power across Negril. In the meantime we have reliable generator power keeping things running smoothly on property as we move toward reopening.

Cell phone networks, Cable TV, and internet have now been restored. Landlines are still out of service however, you may reach us by email, WhatsApp, or on our USA phone number 305-320-1598.

The roads are now clear, making it possible to travel as normal to and from Montego Bay airport (MBJ). Suppliers of hotel goods have also resumed their normal deliveries.

Guests with prepaid reservations may choose a full refund or change their dates at the same rate with no extra cost. Thank you for your patience as we catch up on a high volume of messages after recent internet outages.
